LAWMAN Civil Process Module

LAWMAN Civil offers agencies a separate module designed to manage civil paper service duties. Depending upon how your state manages civil papers, you can use LAWMAN Civil to actually create service documents or to simply manage completed forms that you are required to serve. Multiple information fields about each document including internal civil process reference number, court case number, fees, process type, and records of who is to be served versus who was served allow agencies to track high volume amounts of service as well as the financial accounting related to this duty. LAWMAN Civil helps expedite the civil service process by storing parties in the master names database. As you begin to fill in the name of repeat civil parties, their information from prior actions is in the system and can be selected for each field.
